Blasting Alliance | Blasting process for industrial cleaning | Solid blast cleaning
The choice of blasting method, be it sand, solid, damp or wet blasting, depends largely on the abrasive used. Granulates, i.e. solid materials, are used for both sand and solid blasting. These methods make it possible to blast surfaces effectively and clean them thoroughly.
The selection of possible blasting media is broad and includes materials such as nutshells, glass beads, sand and slag. The grain size of the granulate plays a decisive role in the abrasiveness of the process. Natural blasting media in particular, such as nutshells, are characterized by their environmental friendliness and therefore represent a sustainable option.

A special feature of the Blasting Alliance is our innovative system technology, which enables us to add water to the blasting medium. From this point on, the process is referred to as either wet or damp blasting, depending on the amount of water used. These methods belong to the low-dust blasting processes and offer numerous advantages.
The addition of water not only ensures a reduction in the amount of dust, but also contributes to a gentler application overall. Furthermore, the wet blasting process achieves additional cleaning of the surfaces. The possible uses of these processes are extremely diverse and open up numerous applications in various industrial and trade sectors.
