Dry ice blasting is not a quiet affair. To ensure occupational safety in your plant, White Lion offers the Dry Ice Blasting Box, a simple blasting cabinet kit that puts an end to noise once and for all.
Made from high-quality materials, the cabin is easy to set up and safe to operate. An extraction system ensures that theCO2 concentration in the cabin remains constantly low. Supply air enters from the factory hall. A window through which the processes inside can be observed also contributes to a high level of work safety in the cabin. The interior lighting is included in the scope of delivery. The Dry Ice Blasting Box is therefore ideally qualified ex works to combine safe manual blasting with maximum convenience.
But the Dry Ice Blasting Box is also well suited for robots – e.g. in combination with the WL 5000 Robby automated dry ice blasting system. A robot can be conveniently taught from outside through the window without exposing personnel to the operating noise of the system.
When assembled, the standard kit measures 3m x 4m x 4m. We are also happy to manufacture special constructions with different dimensions for you. Further equipment options include a remote-controlled roller shutter and a glass door. Do you have your own ideas? Talk to us about them!
