Large areas such as facades are usually treated with flat nozzles, and a general rule here is that the aggressiveness of the dry ice blasting process with a constant air pressure and volume is determined by the nozzle outlet size – the smaller the outlet, the greater the kinetic energy of the impacting pellets. By adding the scrambler nozzle, the blast pattern can be optimized.

All nozzles are compatible with the dry ice blasting devices of IceTech and BUSE Jet.

Round nozzles typically generate the highest level of aggressiveness in the dry ice blasting process.
These nozzles are compact in terms of their geometry and versatile in use. Again, the general rule here is that the with a constant air pressure and volume, performance is determined by the nozzle outlet size – the smaller the outlet, the greater the kinetic energy of the impacting pellets. Air ducts and Extractors are a special challenge for cleaning services. In the case of long and winding ductworks even nozzle extensions and angular nozzles do not solve the problem. Often the cleaning of these ducts is all the more urging as residues can interfere with the air draught and – in extreme cases – form the breeding ground for bacteria and fungi.

In cooperation with Danduct Clean White Lion offers the proper solution for this task. The Danduct Clean Ice Robot is a small, remote controlled robot vessel that cleans air ducts efficiently. But how does it work?

Dry ice blasting is not a quiet matter. For ensuring the worker protection in your facility White Lion offers the Dry Ice Blasting Box, a straightforward blast cabinet that puts an end to the noise once and for all.

The cabinet is made of high quality materials, easy to set up and secure to operate. An exhaust extraction system ensures that the CO2 concentration in the cabin is at a constant low. Supply air is coming in from the factory hall. A window makes it possible to watch the events in the inside and thus contributes to the worker protection inside the cabinet. The interior light is included in the delivery. Therefore the Dry Ice Blasting Box is highly qualified to join secure manual blasting with high comfort.

For a well cooled transportation of dry ice, we developed our White Lion transport boxes with large capacity and extraordinary good isolation. This way your dry ice comes home secure and most of all icecold.

During the transportation of dry ice over long distances, there are unavoidable sublimation losses. The dry ice loses not only weight, but – due to condensation of the environmental humidity and the steady glaciation of the surface – increasingly quality. In case of certain dry ice applications like dry ice blasting, the quality of the dry ice determines the result of the application considerably.

We know these physical properties and the related task as well as no one else. Therefore a secure delivery of your dry ice is our goal. Our dry ice transport boxes have excellent insulation. The sublimation losses are low and the economy high. “Directly from the production to the user” is our motto.

The dry ice boxes can be stacked by a lifting cart without the need of a palette.
