The scrambler is mounted between the dry ice blasting gun and the dry ice nozzle. The dry ice is pressed through sieves in the scrambler, which refine the dry ice and thus produce an even more uniform dry ice jet.
Industrial compressed air contains large amounts of liquid condensate. The removal of this condensate is of utmost importance to protect the compressed air system, facilitate the functioning of the drainage equipment and thus reduce the operating and maintenance costs of the system. The danger with dry ice blasting is the freezing of the condensate. It is therefore advantageous if the compressed air undergoes the highest possible drying process.
White Lion offers a highly effective solution for this need, removing more than 99% of the liquid condensate from the compressed air system. A complete range of products, available in numerous configurations, covers every need of the user.
The water separator is easy to install and operate and requires neither maintenance nor an external power source. It is perfectly suited for installation downstream of the air compressor (even if this is equipped with an aftercooler) or for installation at the point of use in numerous niche applications.
Machines and other objects to be cleaned are often difficult to access. Nozzle extensions and angled nozzle attachments can help to achieve the right distance to the object. This makes work more comfortable and the blasting performance more economical. This is also reflected in the result.
In order to be able to solve your task as satisfactorily as possible, White Lion only manufactures nozzle extensions and angled nozzle attachments to customer specifications. In addition to 45° and 90° angled nozzle attachments, any angle that meets your specific requirements is possible. If you need a nozzle extension, we recommend that you request lengths from 50 to a maximum of 150 cm.
