Conventional blasting methods, such as sandblasting or high-pressure water blasting, are associated with unnecessary disadvantages. When removing the contaminants, blasting agent residues are left behind. The advantage of dry ice blasting is that there is no need for the costly disposal of blasting material. As dry ice immediately changes to a gaseous state, this blasting method only leaves behind the dirt that needs to be removed from the surface.
This property of dry ice cleaning is particularly important for applications such as restoring classic cars, cleaning air condensers in power plants, cleaning molds for cast metal products, cleaning industrial tanks and much more.
You can source dry ice externally or produce your own dry ice in various shapes and sizes from CO using our dry ice production machines. For effective and fast cleaning, a dry ice blasting machine must be of high quality so that it will work perfectly for many years. A compact design makes it possible to transport the device. With the exception of our WL Cube, all our models are mounted on wheels and have a hose, gun and nozzle several meters long as accessories.
The working pressure can be regulated on the appliance depending on the application. Depending on requirements, our systems clean with a working pressure of 0.5 to 16 bar, the filling capacity for dry ice and pellets can be up to 50 kg.
With our WL Cube, we also offer a smaller, compact dry ice blasting unit that is ideal for cleaning smaller machines and engines, for example.

Our high-quality machines, developed and produced in-house, are used for cleaning. Pellets literally flake off the dirt by blasting it onto the workpiece at high speed using suitable accessories such as a nozzle or a gun. The dirt is removed by the dry ice, which is produced from liquid CO, without causing any damage to the workpiece.
The result of cleaning with dry ice blasting is a perfectly cleaned and protected surface. This and the fact that valuable production time is not lost during this process result in a valuable economic benefit that should not be underestimated.
